EQUIPUR® - ice-pack have to be crushed in the centre in order to burst open the inner bag. Subsequently, wrap it around the affected area and fix it with a bandage. For maximum effectiveness apply cold treatment over longer time period (at least 20-30 min) to enable cold to penetrate deeply into tissues. Remove EQUIPUR® - ice-pack after 1 hr at the latest, if necessary, treatment can be repeated with a new EQUIPUR® - ice-pack after a short brake (approximately 10 min). Use only once. Measure: approx 13 cm x 22 cm
